PADI Specialties

PADI Specialty courses are widely regarded as some of the most enjoyable sought by recreational divers, and earning a PADI Specialty Diver certification means that you're qualified to engage in that special activity within the scope of your training and without instructor supervision.

Each dive in your Advanced Open Water Course is the first dive in the corresponding Specialty Diver Course. At your instructor's discretion your Advanced dive in the subject can count towards the appropropriate specialty qualification. Similarly if you have completed the specialty qualification your instructor may allow this to count towards your Advanced Qualification.
